The small heart sign is the sign you tap to make the color your favorite.
The disc below is shifted to change the color of nail polish.

Various OPI collections are here when you tap them the whole collection opens up! Example: SHREK, HONG KONG, DESIGNER SERIES by OPI, and many more.
Search!
Using the search button you can search your favorite colors!
Favorites!
All the colors that you have favorite come in this section.

This is a very good as you can easily check that would a certain color suite your hand or not!! The app is very helpful and best thing is that it is free^____^.
